By creating a unique profile in Path-Now, individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) are custom matched to organizations throughout California that provide services and supports for individuals with disabilities.
Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), family members or care provider, can register for FREE to create an account profile to review potential organization profiles, connect and chat with most organizations within Path-Now.
There is no cost for individuals to create a profile and access all Path-Now features.
Path-Now uses individual profile responses to match up to organization profiles, noting the percentage of match to individuals needs for each organization.
Path-Now has features to ensure security and accessibility of platform, has in application chat feature, and organizations are reviewed prior to being added.
Individuals can request to connect to any and all organizations within Path-Now.
Individuals can use the chat feature within Path-Now account to chat with connected organizations that have a paid subscription.
Individuals can search and review all organizational profiles within Path-Now as many times as desired.
Individuals can upload a profile picture and choose to hide certain question responses from organizations.
Individuals can change responses within profile, hide and unhide certain response as well as add and change profile picture at any time.

Path-Now has over 10,000 organization profiles individuals can search, review and connect with that provide services within California.
