Cancellation of Subscription and No-Refund Policy. Company’s products and services are offered on an ongoing basis with a yearly subscription. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time by canceling their subscription in their profile settings Subscriptions section or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org . The prepaid subscription shall continue until the end of the existing subscription period and shall terminate at the completion of that subscription period (“Subscription Cycle”). Users shall not be charged after a cancellation of the Subscription Cycle and will not receive a refund, prorated or
otherwise, for the remainder of the Subscription Cycle. Users who have cancelled their subscription will continue to have access to their subscription through the end of the current prepaid Subscription Cycle, unless the Company decides otherwise, and that decision is communicated to User within 10 business days from the date that the Company received the User’s request for cancellation. If User cancels their subscription or the subscription is terminated for any reason, User will lose access to all sections, content, credits, or features that were available through the subscription, at the end of the Subscription Cycle.
No Refunds. All sales are final, and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. User recognizes and agrees that User shall not be entitled to a refund
for any subscription purchase under any circumstances.
Company reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation of Subscription and No-Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
