CEO of Adjoin, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering adults with IDD and autism across California. With over 30 years in the disabilities field and 20 years in executive leadership, Wendy is a passionate advocate for inclusive, transformative opportunities. She founded San Diego’s Leading the Charge conference to foster collaboration among IDD and autism stakeholders and envisioned Path-Now, an innovative platform that connects individuals with tailored services.

Business Development Manager of Adjoin, brings over a decade of experience in the sales and business development fields with a track record of success delivering impactful solutions to clients across various sectors. Throughout his professional career, David has partnered with Fortune 500 clients including: Microsoft, GE Healthcare, JB Hunt, Bank of America, and more. He attributes his success to creating and maintaining strong client relationships centered around a focus on prioritizing their needs first. Outside of work, David also serves as the Head Coach for basketball at Otay Ranch High School.
